Ordering, Postage and Packing Policy
- For UK sales, £2.50 will be added to your final order to cover postage and packing.
- European sales will require £5 to cover the postage and packing.
- FREE DELIVERY for all orders of £50 or over
- We are unable to sell to Canada or the USA.
- UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail First Class recorded delivery. BOX OF FUN cannot be held responsible for delays due to Royal Mails service.
- Orders will usually be dispatched within 1 – 3 working days of payment, subject to stock availability.

Europe (2 – 6 working days)
* Royal Mail aims to deliver 93% of first class mail by the next working day.
Northern Scotland and the Scottish Islands may take 2 –3 working days

- BOX OF FUN reserves the right to refuse service and/or cancel orders at its discretion if we regard that customer to be harmful to BOX OF FUN or if we have reason to believe that customers conduct violates applicable law.
Return of Items
All items are checked and packaged prior to dispatch to ensure you receive the goods in the best possible condition. If any item you receive is either faulty or has been damaged whilst in transit, please return the item(s) to: Box Of Fun, PO Box 278, Stamford. PE9 9BS within 48 hours of receipt of your order, with written details as to what was wrong with the product. Please ensure that you enclose your name and address. We will aim to either replace or refund the cost of the damaged item(s). Return postage of any such items to BOX OF FUN is at your own expense and we recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage.
Safety
Some of the items sold by Box of Fun come with minimum age limits and may represent a choking hazard The safety warnings on the packaging indicate such hazards. It is the responsibility of the purchaser, not BOX OF FUN, to ensure the correct usage of the products purchased and that appropriate supervision is given where deemed appropriate by the purchaser.

Distance Selling Regulations
